±Û·çĵ Çü¼ºÀº ÀÌ¿Â, ¿ÏÃæ¾× ¹× ¿µ¾ç¹°Áú µî°ú °°Àº ±¸°­ ³» Á¸ÀçÇÏ´Â ¹°Áú°ú À̵éÀÇ º¯È­¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹Þ´Â´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â Ä¡¾Æ ¿ì½ÄÁõÀÇ Áß¿äÇÑ ¿øÀαÕÀÎ Streptococcus mutans¸¦ ½ÇÇè±ÕÀ¸·Î ÇÏ¿© ¼ö¿ë¼º ±Û·çĵ ÇÕ¼º È¿¼ÒÀÎ GTFD À¯ÀüÀÚÀÇ ¹ßÇö¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀÌ¿Â ¹× ¿ÏÃæ¾×ÀÇ ¿µÇâÀ» Fluorescent in situ hybridization ¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î °üÂûÇÏ¿© ´ÙÀ½ÀÇ °á°ú¸¦ ¾ò¾ú´Ù.
1. CaCl©ü ³óµµ°¡ 1.0mM, KCl ³óµµ°¡ 2.5mM, MgCl©üÀÇ ³óµµ°¡ 0.4mMÀÏ ¶§ »ý±Õ¼ö°¡ °¡Àå ¸¹¾Ò´Ù.
2. ¿ÏÃæ¾×ÀÇ °æ¿ì sodium bicarbonate 10mM, sodium phosphate 1mM, potassium phosphate 0.1mM¿¡¼­ »ý±Õ¼ö°¡ °¡Àå ¸¹¾Ò°í, 3°¡Áö ¿ÏÃæ¾× ¸ðµÎ 100mM ³óµµ¿¡¼­ »ý±Õ¼ö°¡ °¡Àå Àû¾ú´Ù.

The production of a glucan was affected by the concentration of ions and buffer solutions, and nutrients in an oral cavity. In this study, the effects of ions and buffer solutions on the mRNA expression of gt[D gene in Streptococcus mutans, an important causative agent of dental caries, were investigated by Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH). At first, ions and buffer solutions had little effect on the multiplication of Streptococcus mutans. The green fluorescence according to the mRNA expression of gtID gene was detected in the BHI broth containing 1% sucrose, The intensities of the green fluorescence were strong at 0.25mM of CaC12. Little fluores¡þcence was detected by the addition of KCI, except for 10mM KCl at which fluorescence intensities were similar to those of the control. Fluorescence intensities were weak at each concentration of MgCl2 when compared to the control. As for buffer solutions, fluorescence intensities were similar to those of the control at each concentration of buffer solutions, except that they were little detected at 100mM of potassium phosphate.
